Job Location:
- Head Office, Phnom Penh
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the related product owner to understand overall idea.
- Create a user persona, workflow and user experience according to product requirement.
- Sketch up app/web wireframe.
- Using design tools that can adopt best practices for design in banking apps to ensure the product is intuitive, user-friendly, and attractive.
- Prepare app prototypes.
- Publishing the UI/UX design in HTML source code.
- Document the design and work with related product owner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:
- 2-3 years of experiences as UX/UI designer or creative graphics designer.
- Experience and knowledge in Adobe XD, Figma and other related UI & UX design software.
- Having a achievement of UX/UI design portfolio
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to discuss and explain design options.
- Demonstrated excellence in communication and engagement.
- Good communication and capable of working indecently in complex and challenge environments.
- Good in spoken and written English.
- Ability to work independently in a team spirit and under pressure.
