KB PRASAC Bank Plc. received a final approval and registration from the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (Former Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia) on the Disclosure Document for its Public Offering of KB PRASAC Bond by a Resolution № 070/20 គ.ម.ក/ស.ស.រ dated 2nd April 2020, and obtained securities listing certificate from Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX) on 5th May 2020.
