Job Location:
- Head Office, Phnom Penh
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research, analyze, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment.
- Understanding any regulations such as national banks and other sectors
- Analyze the demand/business trend of digital banking products and services to meet the needs of the organization’s target market
- Compile the product roadmap and define necessary features to propose a new development/renovation of digital products and services
- Stay informed on what is happening in the research and development field at large in order to make sure the company is up-to-date and current with the most advanced R&D developments
- Create a digital banking product and service planning
- Document all phases of research and development.
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:
- Educational background in IT/MIS at BSc degree or related fields.
- One years of working experience within the industry relevance or general research & development and planning experience.
- A strong sense of creativity in the process of thinking of new product ideas, researching, planning, and solving problems creatively.
- Ability to pay attention to details.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and good at managing time.
- Good business sense.
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation.
