Manager of E-Payment Settlement & Dispute Unit

Job Location:

  • Head Office, Phnom Penh

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design flow, implement, and manages processes of settlement, dispute resolution and clearing all card payment include internal and external parties such as Cambodia Share Switch (CSS), VISA Card, MasterCard,…etc.
  • Manage and create manual documentation and procedures of settlement, dispute resolution and clearing house for all digital transactions.
  • Ensure all settlement, disputes resolution, clearing and billing process are conducted under the necessary control.
  • Ensure card operation complaint to each card payment scheme regulations.
  • Oversees the posting and analyze of settlements data for monthly, quarterly, annual reporting and closeting procedures.
  • Perform participants the testing and walk-through session with development/ testing team and test case review.
  • Working with external gateways and payment scheme.

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:​

  • Educational background in IT/MIS at BSc degree or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of experiences as a E-Payment of Settlement & Dispute or relevant role.
  • Experience and understanding of methodologies of reconciliation, settlement, dispute resolution and clearing house.
  • Understanding each card payment scheme product, rule and policy.
  • Excellent numerical skills and understanding of accounting standards, recording and reporting.
  • Proactive and good team work and customer services.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Good communication skills and corporate with other parties.
  • Strong knowledge in English.
  • Willing to work under pressure.
  • Good behavior, committed and disciplined.
