Job Location:
- Head Office, Phnom Penh
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform EOD in the FLEXCUBE core banking system strictly following procedure/manual.
- Provide support and trouble-shooting related to core banking system EOD.
- Independently communicate and raise issues to Global Support (MOS) to solve problem.
- Communicate with User support /DBA/Operation team/Core banking team in solving a related problem.
- Perform daily snapshot/backup of Core banking database and write to tapes.
- Daily prepare mismatch comparison report.
- Understand system functions processes, workflows, and data structure by checking any issues and report.
- Monitor and maintain the Oracle database.
- Monitor the Core Banking Server.
- Perform other tasks as required by the manager.
Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:
- A Fresh graduated in IT, with some working experience is a plus.
- Having PL/SQL skills and knowledge of RMAN (Recovery Manager), and other Backup & Recovery tools.
- Some experience with Oracle RDBMS Database and/or core banking is a plus; and
- Good spoken and written English.
- Fast track and willing to take challenges and learn new things.
- Ability to work in the evening time, including holidays, is required, and rotation shifts will be assigned by the manager.
- Can work under pressure.
