ATM and POS Officer

Job Location:

  • Head Office, Phnom Penh

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure ATM machines and configure POS terminal upon request.
  • Schedule preventative maintenance all terminal of the bank.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting in solution of transactional errors.
  • Identify errors through the review of reports, ATM journals, log and recommend solutions accordingly.
  • Support testing machine functions, and to balances machine cash account.
  • Support to repairing/replace part of terminal if needs.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:​

  • Bachelor degree in IT/MIS.
  • Good knowledge of Financial/Accounting Principles, Banking Operation, ATM features/POS terminal and components.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in ATM/POS or related fields.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation.
  • Willingness to learn new software systems.
  • Willing to travel to Branches or province.
  • Strong commitment to work under pressure and ability to work independently in a team spirit.
