Job Location:
- Head Office, Phnom Penh
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install and configure ATM machines and configure POS terminal upon request.
- Schedule preventative maintenance all terminal of the bank.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting in solution of transactional errors.
- Identify errors through the review of reports, ATM journals, log and recommend solutions accordingly.
- Support testing machine functions, and to balances machine cash account.
- Support to repairing/replace part of terminal if needs.
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in IT/MIS.
- Good knowledge of Financial/Accounting Principles, Banking Operation, ATM features/POS terminal and components.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in ATM/POS or related fields.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation.
- Willingness to learn new software systems.
- Willing to travel to Branches or province.
- Strong commitment to work under pressure and ability to work independently in a team spirit.
